3) Content & Conduct

• Prohibited: any material involving minors; non‑consensual content; doxxing; threats; incitement; bestiality; trafficking; illegal prostitution facilitation; or content you lack rights to share.
• Respect consent. Obtain explicit permission from all participants before posting or streaming.
• Comply with local laws when accessing or purchasing content.

4) User‑Generated Content (UGC)

You grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, store, transmit, display, and adapt your UGC solely to operate and improve the Services. You represent you have all rights necessary for your UGC.

5) Purchases, Subscriptions & Refunds

• Prices may change; taxes may apply. Some items may be non‑refundable except as required by law.
• Chargebacks or suspected fraud may result in suspension or termination.

6) Safety & Enforcement

• We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
• We report apparent child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to appropriate authorities.

7) Intellectual Property

• Respect copyrights and trademarks. Submit DMCA notices to landing-swipes@proton.me with required details.
• We may remove allegedly infringing content and, where appropriate, terminate repeat infringers.

8) Third‑Party Services

We are not responsible for third‑party content, services, or links (including creators’ pages, payment processors, and ad partners).

9) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as‑is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your UGC, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time with or without notice for violations or risk to users, our business, or legal compliance.

13) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on the site. Continued use means acceptance of the revised Terms.
